Currently we have a small mini fridge below the espresso machine that we keep a stock of daily milks, and a lot of time we take it in and out as needed. It can be a nuisance sometimes, and wanted to hear what others do?
I just went to Devocion in NYC and they had this whole station on the side, and I took a quick photo cause I thought it was really cool. I couldn't take a better photo of the milk station, but it looks like they basically had a metal tray hanging off the counter that was able to hold all the milk cartons. Here's the photo:

I'm wondering if it's something like a milk tray that you fill ice on the bottom to keep cool? But then you'd probably need a drain to clean after each shift? Is this something I can find online?
