Ingredients (makes 8):

The dough:
– 2 1/4 cup of flour (I added 1/4 later when kneading)
– 1/2 tsp of salt
– 1 cup of lukewarm water
– 1 tsp of sugar
– 1 pack of instant yeast
– 1/3 cup of light olive oil

Let the rest and rise for about 45 minutes to 1 hour

Then let the individual dough balls rest for another 30 minutes on the tray

Filling:
– 2 cups of mozzarella cheese
– 2 cups of feta cheese
– half a bundle of parsley chopped

Brush the sides with egg yolks (I used 2)

Bake each tray at 450 degrees until the sides are golden brown for about 10 minutes (keep an eye I know everybody’s oven is different)
