Today we are making a quick and easy Balsamic glaze or balsamic reduction. This is so easy to make and great to put on and use with different salads, roasted vegetables. I am going to be using this in the next long Appetizer recipe on my channel. Thanks for watching.
Ingredients
½ cup of Balsamic Vinegar
If you would like it sweet then add a tbsp of some sugar
Place onto your stove top and just allow to simmer down and reduce by half, stirring frequently. It does thicken up as it cools down .
