Cream Soup Ingredients:

the secret and most important ingredient are nuts – 150 g mix of nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts)
sometimes I also add seeds

– 1 piece of broccoli
– 100 g of champignon mushrooms
– 2 pieces of onion
– 2 pieces of garlic
– 500 g vegetable soup (usually, I mix hot water with a mix of dry vegetables, spices)
– 40 g of starch
– 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– 1 tablespoon of fresh greens (dill, parsley…)
– at the end I added some canned mushrooms to have whole mushrooms in the cream soup (this is not mandatory)
– optional ingredient – 1 teaspoon cardamom

I prepared the cream soup in the Thermomix. If you don’t have a Thermomix – cook on the stove and use the blender.
