It’s been a few years since I’ve made macarons but I’m really proud of these! I went to Paris for a day with my husband and came back inspired by the strawberry candy ones I had from Ladurée. Strawberry flavored shells using freeze dried strawberry, strawberry buttercream with fresh strawberry preserves, and garnished with chocolate ganache!
