Could anyone help me and explain why my shots are coming out like this? Its been a problem for me for a while with this Columbia/Ethiopia blend. Never tastes that good and the crema goes down significantly very fast (about half the size).

    Ya beans too fresh friend. Did you just get a delivery and need to use them immediately?

    Fresh coffee + fast shot + missing spouts = lots of co2 and turbulence. What’s your shot time?

    Is it also a dark roast? Are you measuring the output or just running the volumetrics until it’s done? Looks like not much liquid.

  3. Very fresh beans with alot of CO2 causing lots of crema.
