  3. I love chicken alfredo, and had never considered using Greek yogurt in place of heavy cream – that is brilliant, thanks! My favorite GY dessert hack is frozen SF pistachio 'cheesecake' bites. Mix a small box SF pistachio pudding with 2 oz of cream cheese until well-blended, add 1 cup of plain or vanilla GY, and about 1/3 cup Swerve powdered sweetener to taste (use less if using vanilla yogurt), and almond milk about 3 Tb until it is a thick but spoon-able consistency. For the 'crust', crush 1/3 cup pistachios, add 2 Tb brown Swerve, and 1 Tb melted butter (or coconut oil), mix until well-combined. Use a mini muffin pan (24 cups) and silicone liners, sprinkle about 1 tsp of crust mixture into each, be sure to reserve about 3 Tb of the crust mixture for topping. Spoon pistachio 'cheesecake' mixture into each cup to top edge, then sprinkle with pistachio topping. Freeze for 2 hrs. You can toss these into a tupperware still in the liners. When ready to eat, peel off the liner, let the mini cheesecakes sit on counter about 5 min before eating. So good! 💚💚💚

  5. I adore greek yogurt. Its usually the last meal of the day (my dinner). 3/4 cup greek yogurt, I thin the yogurt with a little almond milk. sliced frozen banana, frozen blueberries, a quarter of a peach chopped and some chopped mango & and either pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds. I sweeten with maple syrup🍧♥ Its so good.

  8. So excited for this I went to Costco to get some Greek yogurt! Have you tried the method where you cut a slit in the wrap and place your ingredients in quadrants, so then you flip or fold it into 3s? I think that would work well and all you would need to do is grill it in your waffle maker. Have you any good sugar free or snack ideas? I'm cutting out excess sugar and would love any ideas. Well-done on your video!
