Colors are of array of red and deep orange. Not really sure when to harvest these, as well does anyone save the seeds from their peppers for next season? If so, how do you go about it? Thanks for the help

You sure those aren’t tabascos or something? They seem kinda chonky for what I’m used to when I see “thai chilis”.

Or is thai chili more of a loose group kind of thing than any specific pepper?

Ugh these are the peppers I WANTED to grow this year, but couldn’t find plants/seeds anywhere!! They look great OP!

Typically this is the color that says they’re ready. Did you plant this yourself? You would have witnessed it turn from green to red.

Going a step further, if they are ripe, they might even pop right off with no struggle at all. Though with what looks to be an incredibly small plant, I would err on the side of caution and use pruning scissors of some sort, rather than pulling. You may end up pulling the whole plant out of the ground.

The color looks correct to harvest, however I’m not sure those are Thai chilis. I’m growing Thai chilis this year and they are a very skinny pepper, and also a different red. More than just Thai chilis grow upright. I could be wrong though

Those are not thai chilli’s, they look exactly like my tangerine dream plant.

I save thousands of seeds a year from many varieties of fruits and veggies. Just drop into a bowl, rinse all green matter off the seeds, dry THOROUGHLY with a paper towel or they will mold and put in your container of choice labeled with variety and date

You can use Thai chilis when they are green or fully red. In Thailand, just about everywhere you eat will have a bowl of prik nam pla as a condiment and it’s usually a mix of green and red chilis.
