My first try at decorating sugar cookies! Been wanting to try this for a while. My god it’s harder than I thought! If anyone has any tips on how I can improve pls let me know!! 🙂

Looks awesome! As for tips, Practice, practice, practice. That’s the main thing that will give you progress. Even if you get a little frustrated, keep practicing. It’s a tough hobby to master, but it looks like you’ve got talent for it so keep practicing! Check out different techniques, watch lots of YouTube and decorating reels on socials. Try and practice new things on parchment, saves lots of time baking 😅. I liked to practice linework on transfer sheets, or printed calligraphy sheets in a plastic protector. It helped a lot! Try not to do too advanced of techniques until you get consistent with the basics like flooding/simple linework/simple piped florals. It can be really frustrating trying things that are above your skill level, and too much frustration can be a hobby killer. You’ll find that each time you do a set that you’ll see improvements.
