I love Ball’s beef stew! The vegetables are solid but soft – they’re canned for a long time, you can’t expect firm vegetables from 90 minutes under pressure, but they do maintain their shape.

It’s a good recipe! I ate a jar of it two days after canning it. The one I ate a couple weeks later was even better.
Personally there are a bit of safe seasoning tweaks I plan to make next time, but that’s only my taste preference.
