Hello everyone!
Few months ago I decided to try this as broth, I boiled some water and added a tbsp of this. And you know what, it tastes good and it helps with curbing hunger. It can totally be had with a meal (or as a snack?), or as a base for a soup or something, to feel more satiated.
I still do it from time to time, I just had a bowl and thought I would share in case anyone finds this helpful/interesting.
(I get this big jar from Costco. Bigger and cheaper than the one you could you get from Whole Foods)

It’s really good when making rice too!
Broth is legit one of my fav things to drink. I really like the “no chicken” chicken bouillon that brand has!
I use this or miso and sometimes add some freeze dried green onions and/or sliced mushrooms if I’m hungry but not “meal hungry”.
I do this too and sometimes I add a little soy sauce and sambal to jazz it up a bit.
