Okay, first year growing blue cream berry cherry tomatoes. The whole season I’ve been picking them as soon as they were starting to get a golden tinge to their pale yellow/white/cream skin thinking they were ripe. And thought they were pretty good at that point. Nothing amazing, but a solid fruitier tasting cherry tomato. They were still not to peak ripeness. Let them go until they are almost too ripe. Until you get rich yellows, gold laced creams and occasional peach/pink blushing. These are some of the sweetest, fruitiest cherry tomatoes I have ever eaten. Will definitely be growing again.
