This is an absolute favourite of my entire family and is just amazing the flavour combinations. Italian chimichurri prawns I butterfly and pan sear with truffle spaghetti. The full recipe is below and u hope you guys try this because it is an absolute perfect summertime easy pasta dish!
500 grams spaghetti noodles
Truffle tapenade 1/4-1/2 cup
Half one lemon
1/4 cup basil
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup fresh oregano
1 tbs red wine vinegar
1-2 tbs good quality olive oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 bag of prawns butterflied and dried before searing
Edible flowers if you want to add that pop of colour!
This is a game changer and I would bet anyone that tries this will absolutely love it!!
