These are filled with lotus seed paste and salted egg butter!
French method macs with painted on designs (gel colour + vodka). In hindsight I should not have brushed the whole shell to acheive that “egg-wash” look… I lost a few tops while taking the photos because they’ve gotten too soft 😔
