Chicken Chintan based on Kombu/Shiitake/Katsuobushi Dashi. Shio Tare made with a mix of four kinds of salt + Kombu. Fresh cooked Menma, blanched Spinach and marinated Egg

It looks like a face and I like that. Face looks a little sad though so I think it needs some ramen with crispy pork belly to cheer it up
