Chicken and Broccoli Recipe

1-2 lbs chicken tenders (cut into bite sized)
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp chicken bullion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper (ground)
1 tbs sesame seed oil

For Sauce:
1 cup of water
1/4 cup soy sauce
5 tsp of packed brown sugar
1 tbsp honey/more to taste
1/2 tsp minced ginger
1/2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water

Wash and cut chicken set aside. Wash and cut all veggies and set aside. In a mixing bowl add water soy sauce,brown sugar,honey,ginger garlic powder and whisk in another mixing bowl add cornstarch and 1/4 cup cold water and whisk now add to other bowl and whisk then set aside In a wok heat stove using medium-high heat add olive and sesame oil allow oil to heat add chicken and cook until done. Move to one side add garlic and ginger cook for 1 minute add broccoli and carrots cook for another 2-3 minutes. Now add sauce from mixing bowl stir in cook for 3-4 minutes reducing heat to medium-low add slurry allow sauce to thicken. Turn off heat. Plate using rice or noodles as a base and top with teriyaki chicken stir fry and Enjoy!

  1. Too much water… it overcooked vegetables!🥲 stir fry chicken set aside, 3 min vegetables in, add chicken back in, sauce without water, thickening with corn starch in water is enough.
