Lunches: light brown rice, oven roasted broccoli, peppers, onion and garlic, tossed in olive oil and spices. Slow cooked shredded chicken. Sauce is made with plain fat free Greek yogurt, light mayo, dijon mustard and ranch seasoning.
Snacks: Plain fat free Greek yogurt mixed with vanilla whey protein powder, sliced banana and chocolate donut seasoning, side chocolate rice cakes.
