Came out so moist and tender. Was a little difficult to get it out of the bag and ended up getting a huge crack. Tried to fix it but when it browned in the oven the crack reappeared lol.

To prevent cracks make sure it’s extremely tight before cooking. Slapping it down to make sure there’s no air pockets !
