So very much good, and half of it is thanks to the onion. Persian Koobideh kabob is a mix of ground meat, and onion pulp, traditionally barbequed on charcoal and served with barbequed tomatoes and raw onion 😋
By onion pulp I mean you throw onions into the food processor, squeeze oit the juice, discard it and mix the leftover with ground meat 😬
