How to make this Summer’s viral burrata sandwich.
Roast tomatoes, garlic, salt/pepper, and olive oil in the oven at 400 degrees for 30min. Drain liquid and let cool in the fridge.
Drizzle olive oil over a crispy bread, toast, and spread fresh pesto over both sides of your bread.
Cover the bottom with a nice layer of mortadella.
Then spread your burrata over the mortadella, crush and mix the roasted garlic into the mortadella.
Spread the roasted tomatoes evenly.
Drizzle some balsamic vinegar, and a bit of salt and pepper.
On the top layer add pickled red onions, and a generous layer of micro greens.
Put it all together and enjoy the taste of Summer.
