First time making Chuka Soba and Chashu! Turned out tasting pretty good! I used the stock from making chashu as a soup base, shoyu style tare I made from shoyu, garlic, sake and green onion (correct me if that’s not what it’s called, I’m new lol) green onion aroma oil. I used j-basket ramen noodles. Also first time making ajitama! I’ve had 3 bowls since I made it yesterday, I have nothing to compare it against, but it’s pretty tasty 🤷‍♂️ I followed a video from way of ramen.. sorry for the long post – I’m excited lol
