Pickled some of my sungolds today (with dill and garlic from the garden too)
Can’t wait to try these! Note they are refrigerator pickles – not canned for the shelf.

Good effort but this won’t work. They will be mushy and unappetizing. Wanna pickle tomatoes? Gotta use the green, unripened ones. Where I come from, we’ve been doing this for centuries.
