Tried butter on the bread instead of my usual olive oil…damn this shit is good I get why everyone does it

   Now do both. Spread some soft butter on the bread and heat up some olive oil in the pan.

   A good mayo ain’t bad either. But yeah salted butter is the best. The egg whites in mayo offer a crispy crust indeed.
