This is like my favorite thing in the entire world I eat it like 3x every week.
- Make short grain rice and add furikake seasoning
- prepare veggies, avocado is easy sometimes I like to add carrots sauteed w soy sauce & honey
- cook Costco salmon patties in ago oil about 5 mins on each side without touching, deglaze the pan w teriyaki sauce or something like soy/honey/garlic
- finish with spicy mayo (mix kewpie, sriracha, soy sauce, & garlic)
- serve with nori and make little seaweed sammiches
For busy days I’ll prep two and turn them into yummy little onigiri that I can easily take on the go.
