It could be a Chilaca, they ripen to a very dark, almost black color. It’s a little short and wrinkly, but that might be it.

I have a bunch of peppers that look exactly like this. The creator called it “seraphim” i think it loosely translates to “the burning one” when ripe my peppers turn an awesome red and purple tiger stripe or chocolate color. *
This is what my peppers look like ripe. They were purple like yours at first.
