Fresh Mozzarella and Arugula with Sundried Tomato Pesto Sandwich
Ingredients:
• Mediterranean round bread
• Fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
• Prosciutto
• Arugula
• Sliced tomatoes
• Japanese mayonnaise
• Sundried tomato pesto
Instructions:
• Slice the Mediterranean round bread horizontally.
• In a small bowl, mix the Japanese mayonnaise and sundried tomato pesto.
• Place the mozzarella slices on the bottom part of the bread.
• Toast the bread until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
• Arrange arugula leaves and sliced tomatoes on top of the mozzarella.
• Add prosciutto pieces.
• Spread the sundried tomato pesto mixture generously on the top part of the bread.
• Close the sandwich.
