Ate like there’s an 8th day of the week 😂 I usually never go above 800 extra a week but oh well. Internet where I’m staying sucks and I’m bored. At least I can swim and work out extra.

This week was similarly rough for me too. I went over by 200 cals everyday.
We’ll be okay though, we’ll pick it back up next week.

it’s okay! just get back on track and find out what keeps making you go over and how you can ajust your routine:) remember it takes 3,500 calories over your budget to gain 1lb

If you’re working out extra then it probably evens out

Unless you’re super tiny, you’ll probably still lose weight, albeit not as quickly. It’s okay to have a week like that every now and then.

Exercise 0.. if you wanted to you can add 30 mins of walking daily and it would help if you did this again. Can walk about 1.5 miles in 30 mins if you’re going for speed. Depending on your weight 1 miles is about 100 calories.
150×7 = 1050 calories burnt.

Do you not click on “Done logging” at the end of the day? Your log is not considered complete until you click on the Done logging checkbox and no streak too.
