Started making macs in March when I ordered some Pandan extract. They looked appalling, but tasted delicious. I’ve adjusted recipes and temperatures, with many failures, but have finally found a formula that works for me! I would like to get them a little “poofier” if anyone has any ideas? I use Preppy Kitchen’s recipe and add 5g of egg white powder (I might try adding more) and bake at 295°.

    These are awesome. Did you use food color gel? Also may I ask if you ysed cream of tartar along with the egg white powder?
