Not sure what type of peppers those are, but based on the fact that there are green and red peppers on the same plant, I’d say the red ones are likely ripe and ready to get picked.

I know everyone is saying Thai, but Thai peppers tend to grow in clusters. These seems a bit more spread out to me, I think they might be Tabasco peppers

Disclaimer: I am a rookie first year grower.
I chose to grow Thai Birds-Eye, and ended up with 14 beautiful plants, all producing lovely red and ripe fruits of regret and temptation.
With my limited knowledge, I don’t think those are Thai Birds-Eye. The fruits seem too small, not pointy enough, and don’t grow dense enough. I saw that someone mentioned tabasco, whichI am leaning more towards based on their “plumbness”. Keep the disclaimer in mind, it’s just the 2-cents of a first year grower who chose 1 strain.

Looks like the tobacco pepper plant I have. I harvest when they are red
