    I also do caprese skewers on my boards, and they’re one of the first items to go. I drizzle mine in a bit of olive oil and a balsamic syrup reduction, then season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Try that: it’ll bump that element to the next level.

    Definitely dips, I buy those tiny jars of jams. You can fit them better if you stack your crackers. And stick the grapes on last in little empty spots. I leave like 3 or 4 or a little stem.
