Oddly specific I guess, but my one gripe about the approach is that I feel like it totally zapped my strawberries (this time raspberries) of any flavor. My strawberries had gone from incredibly succulent flavor to just like dull and honesty kinda bland. The same thing just happened with my raspberries. Has anyone had different results?

I never have a problem with this method, but the big thing for me about strawberries is storing them in an /airtight/ container. They get all dried up when exposed to the air in the fridge.

I find that if I cut the tops off and put them in a bowl they last longer in the fridge.

Haven’t seen this guide but I’ve been washing in cold water with vinegar, drying in a salad spinner then laying them on a towel. Raspberries don’t last long at all, washed or not
