I made egg roll in a bowl and I’m wondering how to get the nutrition of the coleslaw mix to include in my daily intake, at least approximately.

Search it on Google? It looks like coleslaw mix is 25 calories per 85g.

Did you measure how much you used, either by volume (cups) or weight (grams or ounces)?

If so, take that measurement and divide it by the serving size in the nutrition facts table on the back of the packaging. Then for calories, multiply that by the calories listed for the serving size on that table. Or by the protein, carbs, or fat listed for a serving size, if that’s what you’re trying to calculate.

It’s gonna be real low. Egg roll in a bowl is my go to on rough days. Even just the slaw with some balsamic vinegar and a chicken breast is real good

  4. Just log raw cabbage. Or nothing at all because it is so low calorie it’s probably negligible.

Honestly, I’d just count how much dressing I use and forget about counting the veggies, but that’s just me

Scan the barcode on my fitness pal, weigh a serving.
