Where does Puttanesca land on your sauce rankings? I think it’s a top five sauce for sure.

  1. Interesting question (looks super good by the way). I generally never cook it, then I do it and both me and my wife realise we love it. Not sure I can give it a placement for how much I forgot how much I love this simple but delicious recipe.

    Capers leaves? Conosseiur! Very nice, very nice! A sprinkle of trimmed parsley is needed though (if you like it obv, it’s the traditional herb)
