These were still partially frozen, so threw them on at 300 until they were almost done, turned it to 400 and opened the searing grate where I finished them off. They tasted like they were cooked over a clean wood fire.

I have a pit boss 700 from Tractor Supply, but it has been flawless for the 10 or so cooks I've done so far, including a 16 hour brisket.
