The BEST pickles by far. I also use the leftover brine for wings, thick pork chops, and fried chicken. And it’s great to thin out homemade ranch dressing or coleslaw dressing.

Grillos brine is good for other stuff too. Besides onions I will add some cooked beets and peeled hard boiled eggs.
