    I used to eat this for breakfast all the time:

    tortilla + smoked salmon cream cheese + sliced deli turkey/chicken + spring lettuce mix or coleslaw mix. With the brands/portions I used, it was 235 calories and 25g protein. Especially if you use coleslaw mix, it makes a GIANT tortilla wrap, and smoked salmon cream cheese is SO flavorful.
