What a great review! I'm like John, I would be all over the fish and seafood items on that buffet. I think that is the most seafood items I have ever seen on a lunch buffet, and that price was quite reasonable for the amount of selections . I wish we had such a good buffet like that here in Middle Tennessee. Thank you for sharing this outstanding find.

John a clam.story.On Cape Cod clams are called steamers.The shell.is oblong like.a muscle shell.Google it.The steamers are what is fried.Now what you have there is a little neck clam.Whem they get larger they are called cherry stones.At thier largest a few inches they are Quohogs. Pronounced KOHOGS. Stdamer clams are also steamed dipped in melted butter.Thats my clam story
Now quohogs are ground up with bread crumbs some broth red pepper onions amd stuffing goes into quohog shell baked called stuffed quohog

My fiancé is a Filipina, so I have happily been to a number of Asian buffets in NC and Virginia, but this buffet is the largest I have seen (and the one in Chesapeake, VA is in what used to be a large Food Lion grocery store).
There are a number of restaurants who only serve AYCE Mongolian grill/Hibachi grilled food, so it is very easy to make a meal out of the grilled food alone. The best ones have shrimp and other seafood.
I'd have to eat the other stuff. Not a seafood fan at all. Maybe lake perch. breaded shrimp with a ton of cocktail sauce. LOL
FYI, Several buffets in Las Vegas have all you can eat crap legs & shrimp available.

Hi John and Bobbie. That place is huge and so much variety of food. If I had a place to eat like that near me and for that price I would go once a week. I love seafood especially Italian style mussels and it took me the third time trying sushi to like it. Amazing place thank you for sharing this experience❤️

These Asian Chinese buffets have low quality farm raised seafood from China, that is why they are so cheap. These kind of buffets are all over Eastern Pennsylvania. You can usually find a few good items and the freeh fruit is always good. 😊
You're 60 years old and a virgin to many seafood items. Im 64 and have been eating all seafood every week since the 1960s. 😂😂😂 I grew up not even 2 hours from the ocean and we were always down the shore. I was raised catholic and my mother made seafood every friday. Fried flounder, broiled haddock, fried shrimp and oysters and stuffed shrimp and crab cakes with jumbo lump crab. Yes i was spoiled food wise. 😊

Not to be rude but John keeps calling it the sea when he means the ocean. The ocean is where we get our seafood and it covers most of earths surface. The sea is a smaller body of water enclosed mostly by land like the red sea or the Mediterranean sea. The United States has the Atlantic ocean and the Pacific Ocean and the gulf of Mexico. No seas. 😊

Love the video, as always. Now you need to try Indian food! Start out with tandoori chicken — it's the Indian version of BBQ. Bobbie, you'll like sag paneer. That's spinach sauteed with Indian cheese cubes. It's usually not really spicy, but it's always good. Tandoori isn't usually really spicy, either. You also can't go wrong with chicken biryani, which is a rice dish that's not too spicy. Naan is a flatbread that's brushed with butter and great for sopping up the sauces. There are a lot of great dishes in Indian cuisine, but these are three I personally think are the best for beginners. Nothing too unfamiliar. My husband didn't think he liked Indian food, but he started with tandoori and worked his way up. Travel safely! ❤
Glad you discovered mussels. They are also usually appetizers at Italian or seafood restaurants. Since I don’t know your favorite Italian and/or seafood restaurants. As I don’t the restaurants where you live/visit let me recommend the mussels at Carrabbas-Italian restaurant chain with amazing mussels.
