First time cooking them, doing it on a Traeger 780. Any advice? Much appreciated 🙏🏼

    What I do: marinade with olive oil and Worcestershire for a few hours, then cook at 225 until internal 160ish seasoned with pepper, a little brown sugar, and whatever rib rub I have on hand, then either wrap in foil or place in covered foil pan to finish until temp reaches 200-203ish.
