This is Golden Honey BBQ chicken btw (used baby rays sauce).
I used to just add my raw chicken breasts in the crockpot and add my sauce on top and set it on low for a few hours. But the juice from the chicken makes it so watered down.
Recently I started throwing my (seasoned) chicken in the crock pot then draining the juices after about 2 hours on low then putting my chicken back in and adding the sauce and cooking another couple hours on low.
Just wondering what everyone else does?

This looks so good!!
I’d add the sauce at the beginning and let it simmer without the lid nearer the end.
Make double the sauce. Cook the chicken with half, remove chicken and add it to another container with the other half of the sauce (warmed up)
