    Game changer how? Such an easy fish to cook to perfection without sous vide (pan fry, oven, grill, etc.). All that sous vide likely adds to this is more cooking time and wasted plastic.

    This looks great.
    I’ve only had swordfish once and didn’t like it because of the texture. Never considered sous vide for it. I might try it out again now.
