This is a typical day in what I found I enjoy the most eating. I know, I know, there’s not a lot of veggies. I really am trying but it’s so hard to fit them in with the taste/texture. Im working on it.
Not pictured was a Kit Kat I ate before working out lol.
I usually range from 1150-1300 for 5-6 days a week then 1,400 one day. This is just what I found works for me (:
