I only have 4 jalapeños left on my plant. I decided to leave them and allow them to fully ripen. The hype is well deserved. I've never eaten a fresh red jalapeño, only the ones in a jar and I could never go back 🥲. Hopefully I have a better Jalapeño season next year.

Jalapeños rock my socks off everything I grow them. Love em when they’re red with the corking too
I’m waiting and hoping I can get mine to ripen just in case I’m not able to keep them growing in my house over the winter I’d probably be kicked out for using a grow light 8 hours a day so that not an option lol
