Tupig

Tupig is a suman or budbud from northwestern Luzon particularly in Pangasinan, Tarlac and Ilocos. What makes it di(erent from other suman is the way it is cooked. Usual suman is steamed. Tupig is grilled. Try this. Easy to make and delicious.
