Tex-Mex Pork Meatloafs with Queso (and jalapeños) 9/10

I added fresh jalapeños to the queso and as a garnish for a little extra kick. I was disappointed to find the broccoli was turning bad so I had to cut and trim out quite a bit, but it turned out good otherwise.
