Does anyone eat this? It’s not very common in the Uk but one supermarket is selling it now. I can’t find reliable carb info online and nothing on cronometer. Seems like you prepare by pealing and baking but good to know if anyone else eats this as part of their keto diet (I’m guessing might be ok in small servings like 50g)?

    I just ran into these at a farm market. I was told people slice and saute like zucchini. I believe carb count is 4.5/cup net.
