We all love the burrata board, BUT here’s another fun version with mozzarella balls (aka Cillegene) & a variation on the produce. Recipe ⬇️
Simply line up cantaloupe, mozzarella, blackberries, prosciutto, basil, more prosciutto, more mozzarella balls… then garnish with mint, olive oil & salt.
I like to serve with bowls or toothpicks so people can build-their-own mini melon Caprese bites.
