Sourdough Buttermilk Biscuit Recipe For YOU!
2 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup sourdough discard
-add all dry ingredients together. Cut in butter and use fingers or pastry cutter to make a crumbly mixture.
-add buttermilk and discard and mix to combine.
-add any additional ingredients (I did grated cheddar cheese).
-on a floured surface gently roll it out slightly, fold both sides in and roll gently again. Cut into 8 squares (this is the best way to make biscuits so they’re really flaky and fluffy!)
-bake at 425 for 25 mins.
ENJOY!!:)

Thanks for the recipe!!!! I was just looking for one that was a bit simpler/faster than a traditional biscuit recipe and uses discard. They look sooo good, I will probably make them today 🙂
