I've been meal prepping for a while and I keep coming back to these at least one week a month.
100kcal, 11g of protein each. I add little bits to mix up the flavour – choc chips, jam, anything you like.
Recipe makes roughly 18-20 individual filled crepes.
They are incredibly filling, I eat two for breakfast and the third one for mid morning snack. I will just add some fruit (lately I have been chopping up an apple into bites sized pieces and toss in a ziplock bag with some cinnanon and a packet of splenda if they are a bit tart).
Best left to come to toom temperature for about an hour or zap in the microvawe for 30 seconds just to soften the crepe.
