⬇ GOOD NEWS! ⬇
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
John 3:16 KJV – 1 John 1:9 KJV – Romans 10:9-10 KJV

  1. Can I use 2.0 flour and add baking powder? Did you spray your baking dish? Can I use banana extract instead of bananas to cut carbs?

  2. I use Olive Nation banana extract and I find that it imparts a good, non-candy banana flavor to my bread.

  3. I have been DYING for a good KETO banana nut bread and yes I agree with your calculations its better than putting a ton of extracts to try and mimic the taste …Thanks Victoria and God Bless…Julianna

  4. I miss banana bread too! I have been using your Victorias keto flour for many non-keto recipes with great success. Im looking forward to apple season and making my apple cake. Hubby and I are so grateful for you and your recipes. His A1C has decreased by 50%. ❤

  5. If you dont use bananas what can you replace it with. Im sure the voulme be off if i just leave out the bananas.

  6. I’m pretty excited to try this since I LOVE making and eating banana bread and haven’t since last winter/spring.

  7. If you want or need or feel banana is too much carb…. Banana bakery emulsion of 1 tsp or more will give you a rich banana flavor.

  8. I cannot wait to make this!! 😭🙌🏻 And my 5 years old didn't want to wait to watch it with daddy. Lol. I'll definitely be adding chocolate chips to the top. 🤤🤤

  9. ❤Looks delicious 😋 thank you…still praying for you about your passing out…hope you're better❤lets pray for the peace of Jerusalem ❤Lord Jesus come quickly ❤

  10. Hello Victoria! You are a lifesaver, because before being diagnosed diabetic, I loved baking (and eating baked goods!). And banana nut bread was one of my favourites. Now, with your keto flours and recipes, I can once again begin to enjoy baking. Thank you so much!

  11. Baking as I type, my question is packed 3/4 cup brown sugar or loose? Love all the recipes and the VF flour is great! Keep up the great work!!!

  12. Thank you so very much for this recipe!! I have been wanting a banana bread! I have requested to get in your Facebook group. I hope I will get in soon! I am learning a lot & it is helping me with my diabetes.

  13. Super GOOD, Victoria!! Wow, yummy! I doubled the batch, made it in 9×13, and baked it for about 40 minutes. I just made a few changes… I don't have the self-rising flour, so I added 1 tablespoon of baking powder. I added nutmeg, apple cider vinegar, walnuts, and some chocolate chips. I didn't make the glaze, but man, if you did a cream cheese frosting with this, it would be dangerous.

  14. First time to try recipes. Banana bread was excellent. Got coworkers to taste. All said was great. And they weren't told it was keto. Next biscuit loaf today. I am very happy. Taste was just great.
    Thank you

  15. Just made this today. I didn’t use the self rising flour as I’m not sure how many recipes call for it. Instead I used the SKF 2.0 and added 1.5 tablespoons of baking powder to the recipe. Wish you could post pictures here. It rose beautifully and tasted great! Will definitely be making this again. I did leave out the nuts though.
