If I purchased this damaged floor model from Lowe’s , would I be able to get it fixed/replaced by Kamado Joe ?

Are they trying to sell it at a discount or something? They could just send it back and get another one to sell at full price with no loss to them I imagine

I’m pretty sure you can. Lowes could call it in and get a new one, but looks like that store didn’t want to deal with it. I got a kettle joe with damaged sloroller and kamado joe had it to me the following week. As long as you have a receipt from an authorized dealer, you should be ok. They won’t do it if you bought from offerup or marketplace

Yeah KJ should be able to cover it with warranty. Lowball the piss out of the store, then submit to KJ with your receipt
